Mr. Baker has practiced consumer law exclusively since his admission to practice law in 1998. He primarily practices in the areas of lemon law and auto dealership fraud litigation. Mr. Baker has extensive trial experience and has obtained verdicts in favor of consumers against BMW, Chrysler and numerous car dealerships. He also specializes in Lemon RV litigation and has successfully represented many motorhome owners in this complex area of the lemon law.

Mr. Baker received his undergraduate degree from Manchester College in Indiana (B.A., 1993) and received his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland, Ohio (J.D., 1998). He is licensed to practice in Ohio and California.  Mr. Baker is a referral attorney for the National Center for Auto Safety and member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
